On April 27, the China Southern Power Grid "Artificial Intelligence +" Action Promotion and Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau "Digital Employee" Achievements Release Conference was held in Shenzhen. At the conference, the Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau of the China Southern Power Grid officially released the first batch of "Digital Employee" achievements, and jointly launched the "Digital Employee" plan ecological cooperation initiative with five units including China Southern Power Grid Digital Power Grid Research Institute Co., Ltd., Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., Beijing Baidu Netcom Technology Co., Ltd., Yantai Haiyi Software Co., Ltd., and China Academy of Information and Communications Technology to further release the digital emergence effect. According to statistics, among the first batch of 75 "digital employees" of the Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau, 32 "digital employees" in the production field have achieved real-time AI analysis and equipment defect diagnosis of production inspection images, with an annual cumulative call volume of 188 million times, and the time consumption of manual review has been reduced by 50%. 22 "digital employees" in the marketing field have completed the precise matching of 4.06 million electricity usage addresses and 11 million unified building code addresses in the city, covering 99% of the government's community networks, providing 24-hour intelligent response and power outage warning push, and service efficiency has increased by 3 times. The remaining 21 "digital employees" are distributed in the fields of comprehensive, supply chain, safety supervision, scheduling, etc., building a knowledge graph covering 18 professional fields, realizing automated processing of multiple business processes, and processing approximately 300,000 business orders annually.
