("Tianyue Advanced") have reached a basic agreement regarding SiC power semiconductor substrates developed and manufactured by Tianyue Advanced. The two parties will collaborate on technical improvements to enhance the characteristics and quality of SiC power semiconductors, and leverage the results of this collaboration to expand commercial cooperation in the supply of high-quality and stable substrates. Detailed discussions will be held on specific areas of joint advancement or collaboration.
