Toyota Motor Corporation signed a cooperation agreement with Shudao Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Shudao Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. to establish a joint venture. The parties will integrate their superior resources to carry out in-depth cooperation in the production, sales and commercial application of hydrogen fuel cells, accelerate the development of the hydrogen energy industry, and jointly build a hydrogen energy society.
