Intel's stock price rose nearly 20% in pre-market trading, Nvidia rose 2.34%, and TSMC fell 0.49%. AMD's stock price plummeted in pre-market trading, falling over 3%. Nvidia will acquire $5 billion worth of Intel shares at a price of $23.28 per share.
