U.S. stocks closed: three major indexes rose and fell, Tesla rose more than 3%

The three major U.S. stock indexes closed with mixed gains and losses, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average down 0.14%, the Nasdaq up 0.33%, and the S&P 500 up 0.02%. Most of the popular technology stocks rose, with AMD up more than 10%, AMD up more than 4%, Tesla up more than 3%, and Nvidia, Broadcom and Qualcomm up more than 1%.
