Wanfeng Aowei: We will fully promote the TC certification process of some eVTOL models in 2025

Wanfeng Auto said at the performance briefing on May 13 that the company has built a multi-scenario product travel matrix of "fixed-wing + vertical take-off and landing aircraft + drones". In 2025, it will fully promote the TC certification process of special-purpose DART models, pure electric general aircraft eDA40, and some eVTOL models, and strive to bring the products to the market as soon as possible. In the field of eVTOL products, urban air traffic travel scenario solutions rely on Volocopter 2X and VoloCity. Both models are manned 2-seater products. Among them, Volocopter 2X plans to complete TC certification in 2025-2026 and strive to obtain commercial orders. The VoloCity model is a more advanced eVTOL product that can meet the stricter aviation standards set by EASA. Its design in all aspects is at the leading level in the industry, and it is currently promoting its TC certification work at EASA.
