On September 15th, the 140.18-meter-long, 33,997-ton Panamanian-registered roll-on/roll-off vessel "Forest Glory," carrying 400 new energy vehicles, departed from the Zhuangyuan'ao Port area of Wenzhou Port, escorted by a maritime patrol boat, bound for Dubai. The vessel's departure not only marked the official opening of a new maritime route from Wenzhou to the Middle East, but also marked the first time since Wenzhou Port opened a route dedicated to the roll-on/roll-off shipment of finished new energy vehicles, adding a valuable logistics channel for Chinese new energy vehicles to enter the global market. The vessel departed from Wenzhou Port, stopped at Nansha Port, and then proceeded to its destination, Dubai, with a total voyage time of approximately 23 days.
