Wingtech Technology: Shareholder Zhuhai Ronglin and its joint action company Gree Electric plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by 1% each

Wingtech Technology announced that Zhuhai Ronglin, which holds 6.34% of the shares, and Gree Electric, which holds 2.47% of the shares, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 12.4458 million shares respectively through centralized bidding. The reduction period is from August 15, 2025 to November 12, 2025, and the reduction ratio does not exceed 1%. The two are persons acting in concert, currently holding a total of 110 million shares, accounting for 8.81% of the company's total share capital. The shares reduced this time are all obtained from issuing shares to purchase assets.
