Xingmin Zhitong: 52 million shares will be auctioned off

Xingmin Zhitong announced that 52 million shares held by shareholder Sichuan Shengbang Chuangheng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. will be publicly auctioned by the Wuhan Intermediate People's Court of Hubei Province on the JD.com judicial auction platform from August 28 to August 29, 2025. The shares to be auctioned represent 8.38% of the company's total share capital. This auction involves the shares involved in the litigation. If the auction is successful, Sichuan Shengbang will no longer hold a stake of more than 5% in the company, nor will it be the company's largest shareholder.
