Yinlong Shares: Participated in investment in private equity investment funds

Yinlong Co., Ltd. announced that it has jointly invested in an industrial fund with Beijing Honghui International Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Broadcom (Tianjin) Venture Capital Co., Ltd., named Tianjin Zhongyuan Broadcom New Energy Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership). The total investment is RMB 96 million. Yinlong Co., Ltd., as a limited partner, contributed RMB 81.504 million. The partnership period is six years, with a four-year investment period and a two-year exit period. The investment fund primarily invests in projects related to new energy and energy storage.
