Yiwei Lithium Energy: Plans to continue reducing its stake in Smoore International by 3.5%

EVE Energy announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary EVE BATTERY INVESTMENT LTD. holds 30.73% of Smoore International's shares. In order to enhance market value management, the company plans to renew its previous reduction plan and authorize the chairman to reduce no more than 3.5% of Smoore International's shares, approximately 216,578,500 shares, through block trading, centralized bidding transactions, etc. within one year. This reduction plan does not constitute a related-party transaction or major asset reorganization and does not need to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for approval.
