Reporters found that since May this year, as a smart electric vehicle brand under Zhejiang Geely Holding Group, Zeekr has been accused of selling a large number of insured and transferred inventory vehicles as new cars through its direct store system, using "limited-time discounts" and other rhetoric to uninformed consumers, triggering a large number of complaints. It is worth mentioning that this operation method is intertwined with the abnormal sales volume of Zeekr's company households in Shenzhen and Xiamen in December 2024. It is not only suspected of defrauding consumers, but also pushing the secret means of "0-kilometer used cars" to the front desk, acting as an illegal tool for inflating sales. Information obtained by reporters from multiple complaint platforms and consumers shows that Zeekr's operation is staged in many places across the country: when consumers in Guizhou, Chongqing, Guangzhou and other places paid deposits and prepared to pick up their cars, they found that the "new cars" they bought had actually purchased compulsory traffic insurance and even completed the transfer registration, becoming an out-and-out "second-hand car". When they ask for redress and compensation, they are often met with excuses or denials.
