my country completes the world's first offshore oil platform material transport flight
On the 3rd, reporters learned from China National Offshore Oil Corporation that my country's independently developed large-scale electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft recently completed the world's first cargo transport flight to an offshore oil platform. The eVTOL, loaded with fresh fruit and emergency medicines, took off from Shenzhen and, after a 58-minute cross-sea flight, landed on the Huizhou 19-3 platform, 150 kilometers from the Shenzhen coastline, successfully completing the delivery mission. This breakthrough not only innovates the offshore supply model but also marks a significant step forward for my country in the application of low-altitude logistics in land and sea scenarios.
