At the close of Hong Kong stocks, the Hang Seng Index closed up 1.05%, the S&P 500 Index closed up 1.83%, and technology stocks rebounded. Baidu (09888.HK) rose 6.2%, Alibaba (09988.HK) rose more than 3%, and Tencent Holdings (00700.HK) rose 2.9%.
