Hong Kong Stocks Midday Review: Mainland banking and insurance stocks drive the market to strengthen; Hang Seng Index closed up 1.15%
Hong Kong stocks opened higher in the morning, with the Hang Seng Index closing up 1.15% at 23,504.59 points; the Tech Index closed up 0.71% at 5,124.36 points. On the market, domestic insurance stocks and domestic bank stocks strengthened, semiconductor stocks rose, Apple concept stocks were active, low-priced oil and gas stocks and brain-computer interface concept stocks pulled back, and toy stocks fell. In terms of individual stocks, Feifan Lingyue (00933.HK) rose 22%, Li Ning (02331.HK) rose 6.8%, China Life (02628.HK) rose 4.3%, Sunny Optical Technology (02382.HK) rose 3.9%, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (01398.HK) and Ping An of China (02318.HK) rose 3.15%, and Hua Hong Semiconductor (01347.HK) rose 2.8%. Pop Mart (09992.HK) fell 5.2%, Nanjing Panda Electronics Co., Ltd. (00553.HK) fell 7.2%, and Geely Star New Energy (03395.HK) fell more than 14%.
