Hong Kong-listed pharmaceutical outsourcing stocks strengthened, with WuXi AppTec rising 6.08%, Corning Life Sciences up 3.84%, and Zhaoyan Pharmaceutical up 2.69%. WuXi AppTec led the gains, reporting a doubling of its first-half net profit and a higher full-year sales forecast.
