From June 25 to 26, Liu Liehong, member of the Party Leadership Group of the National Development and Reform Commission and Director of the National Data Bureau, led a team to Shaanxi to conduct special research and visited Western Film Group Co., Ltd., Yunshang Shaanxi Technology Operation Co., Ltd., Merrill Data Technology Co., Ltd., and Yidiantianxia Network Technology Co., Ltd. He held a data work symposium with the Shaanxi Provincial Data and Government Service Bureau and the data management departments of various cities. During the investigation and symposium, Liu Liehong pointed out that it is necessary to fully promote the reform of market-oriented allocation of data elements, make a good "combination punch" for the development and utilization of data resources, establish and improve the basic data system, and create a good policy environment; consolidate the construction of data infrastructure such as trusted data space to ensure the trustworthiness and efficient circulation of data; promote the implementation of scenario applications, and better play the leading and demonstration role of "data elements ×" and public data "running"; give full play to the role of market mechanisms, make good use of on-site and off-site transactions, and build a national integrated data market; vigorously cultivate the data industry, support the development and growth of various data companies, and actively provide services. Liu Liehong emphasized that efforts should be made to promote the development of data-enabled artificial intelligence, accelerate the construction of high-quality data sets, and help the deep application of artificial intelligence models in various industries.
