According to Tianyancha, a new civil lawsuit has been filed between Shanghai miHoYo Film and Television Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd. Tencent QQ responded on its official Weibo account: "This lawsuit stems from miHoYo's request to access relevant QQ user data for its own civil litigation needs. However, according to laws protecting user privacy, Tencent cannot illegally provide user data. This can only be done through formal legal proceedings. Tencent will strictly adhere to legal provisions and relevant litigation procedures to provide support." MiHoYo has not publicly commented on this matter.
