Scientists from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel published an article in the latest issue of Nature magazine, saying that they used a new computer algorithm based on the working principle of enzymes to design highly efficient artificial synthetic enzymes. This new enzyme can not only catalyze chemical reactions that natural proteins cannot complete, but its efficiency is 100 times that of enzymes designed by artificial intelligence (AI), marking the advent of a new stage of "custom-made" efficient enzymes.
