These opinions propose promoting the coordinated development of smart city infrastructure and intelligent connected vehicles. They also propose gradually and steadily promoting the application of assisted driving, implementing "demonstration applications" for autonomous driving, accelerating the deployment of intelligent sensing equipment on urban road infrastructure, and improving vehicle-road collaboration. Accelerating the construction and renovation of intelligent parking facilities will also be crucial. Strengthening the planning, construction, and renovation of urban distribution facilities will help establish an intensive, efficient, and intelligent green distribution system. In conjunction with the development of public infrastructure for both emergency and regular use, rationally deploying urban emergency material transfer facilities will enhance the city's ability to rapidly secure emergency supplies. Jinan will promote the national "vehicle-road-cloud" integrated pilot program for intelligent connected vehicles, accelerating the expansion of pilot demonstration application scenarios. Coordinated implementation will include province-wide unmanned delivery in urban areas, full-scenario unmanned driving in Yantai, and integrated "vehicle-road-cloud" pilot programs in Jinan's new and old kinetic energy conversion starting zone and Qingdao's West Coast New Area, promoting the development of unmanned driving across multiple scenarios.
