Tencent Holdings announced that it has completed the issuance of RMB9 billion of notes under its global medium-term note program. The offering includes RMB2 billion of 2.1% senior notes due in 2030, RMB6 billion of 2.5% senior notes due in 2035, and RMB1 billion of 3.1% senior notes due in 2055. The issuance of these notes was completed pursuant to multiple revisions and updates to the previous program.
