Tencent Holdings announced that it repurchased 852,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 12, 2025, at a price ranging from HK$649 to HK$642 per share, for a total of HK$550 million. The repurchased shares are intended to be cancelled. As of September 12, 2025, the company had a total of 9.161 billion shares in issue.
