Tencent Holdings is exploring the possibility of acquiring South Korean gaming company Nexon, according to people familiar with the matter. Tencent has approached relatives of late Nexon founder Kim Jung-ju to discuss a possible acquisition, the people said. They said Kim Jung-ju's family has been communicating with advisers to evaluate various options.
