Recently, when the customs officers of Daxing Airport Customs under Beijing Customs were supervising outbound flights, they found that the machine inspection image of a passenger's luggage was abnormal. After unpacking and inspection, the customs officers on site found dolls and packaging boxes printed with the "POP MART" brand logo in his checked luggage. After counting, a total of 952 dolls and 1,586 plastic packaging bags and paper packaging boxes were seized. Upon questioning, the passenger stated that he brought the above items out of the country for sale for profit. The customs officers on site initially judged that there was a major suspicion of infringement. The right holder confirmed that the above dolls and packaging used the "POP MART" logo without authorization, infringed the "POP MART" trademark right, and applied to the customs for intellectual property protection. At present, the customs has detained the batch of goods in accordance with the law.
