WeRide announced that it has partnered with Grab, the Southeast Asian ride-hailing and food delivery platform, to launch Grab's first consumer-facing autonomous ride-hailing service in Singapore. Ai.R (Autonomously Intelligent Ride) was selected by Singapore's Land Transport Authority (LTA) to serve residents along two designated routes in Punggol, initially with a fleet of 11 autonomous vehicles.
